Homes and teleports
Set a home, go back to it from anywhere, and visit friends with /tpa.
Homes
Everyone has 1 home. Homes work across the whole network: /home from the hub takes you to the survival world.

Ranks carry more, and levels add one each time:

Teleport requests
/tpa asks, and the other player accepts or denies. In /settings you choose who may ask: everyone, friends only, or nobody.
