Terms of service

CobblemonsOCE is a fan-run Minecraft server. These terms cover playing on it and buying from its store. Buying anything means you accept them.

What you are buying

• Ranks, the Plus Pass and crate keys are virtual items for use on CobblemonsOCE only. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money.
• They go to the Minecraft account named at checkout, normally the next time that account joins. Check the name before you pay: we can't move a purchase made for the wrong account once it has been used.
• A rank lasts for the life of the server and carries across seasons. Season progress (money, land, Pokémon) resets when a season ends; the rank does not.
• The Plus Pass lasts thirty days from purchase. It does not renew by itself. Buying again adds thirty days.
• What a crate gives is random. Each crate shows its full table in game before you spend a key. An opened key can't be returned.
• We may change what a rank or pass carries to keep the game fair. We won't take away the rank itself.

Who can buy

If you are under 18 you need a parent or guardian's permission, and the permission of whoever owns the card or account you pay with.

Payments

Payments are taken by CraftingStore through its payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). We never see or store your card details. Prices are in Australian dollars.

Refunds

• Purchases are digital and delivered straight away, so we don't refund a change of mind.
• If something you paid for never arrived, email us within 14 days. We'll deliver it or refund it.
• Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and the Australian Consumer Law.

We run from New Zealand and most of our players are in New Zealand and Australia. New Zealand law applies to these terms.

Chargebacks

If a payment is disputed or reversed, what it bought is removed from the account, and the account may be blocked from the store until it is sorted out. Talk to us first; it is nearly always quicker.

Rules and bans

Everyone follows the server rules, whatever they have bought. A ban for breaking them is not grounds for a refund.

The server itself

We run the server as well as we can but can't promise it will always be online, or that it will run forever. Seasons end and worlds reset.

Not official

CobblemonsOCE is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang, Microsoft, Nintendo, Game Freak or The Pokémon Company. Cobblemon is a third-party mod used under its own licence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when. Purchases are covered by the terms in force when they were made.
