Chest shops
Turn a chest into a shop that buys and sells while you are offline.
Making one
Sneak and right-click a chest holding the item you want to trade. Set a price to sell at, a price to buy at, or both. Buyers don't need you online, and you get a line in chat when something sells.
Nobody else can break the shop or put a hopper under it. Every shop is listed on the market page.
Stock
A shop's stock is a count, shown as pages of 27 slots. Right-click your shop to put items in or take them out. One page is free:

A stock cap stops the shop buying once it holds enough.
How many chest shops
Everyone may own 10. A rank's figure is your total, and levels add to it:

So at level 100 a free player has 30 and a Legend has 84.
Buying more
Ash Company sells extra slots for money. The first costs $2,000, and each one you buy costs 40% more than your last. A bought slot lasts the season and only raises how many you may have placed.
Shops on every server count together. A rented stall doesn't count.
Being found
A player warp puts your shop on the public warp list.
